Valentine’s Day Gloom?

There are a lot of posts about how to deal with Valentine’s Day if you don’t have a partner, so I’m adding my two cents. Let’s put things into perspective. Dinner out on 2/14 is never quiet & romantic. The restaurants are usually bustling with people & the staff is usually overworked. What about a romantic dinner in you say? Well, there are dishes to do and over-filled stomachs to deal with. Sometimes a little too much wine can throw a monkey wrench into the mix too.

Look, if you want a beautiful dinner, go ahead & make it. Light candles, get some wine. Fill the bathtub afterwards with bubbles and rose quartz crystals. Play music you love and don’t forget the chocolate covered strawberries. A partner is not required for a night (or even a day) like this.

The more you begin to treat yourself with respect, love yourself, & nurture yourself, the more you’ll change your vibration. You’ll look better & you’ll feel better. You’ll discover that there’s beauty in being on your own. You’ll recall that you’re never alone.

Please, do not allow a made-up holiday…or any day de-value you. I don’t care who you are, you are Always worth it. You are Always worthy of being loved. You are Always worthy of giving love. You Are love and You Are loved.

Love,
Robin
