Here’s the deal….The current energies are ramping up. I’m not going to label them as good or bad because the bottom line is most people will be affected. Think about it. If something vibrates, it disrupts. Sometimes the disruption is noticeable, sometimes it’s not. How you deal with the disruptions is up to you.
Keep in mind that even something labeled as positive can have a negative impact if you aren’t ready to deal with it yet.
And I have to be honest here, I don’t see the energies calming down for quite some time so this may be our new normal for awhile.
How do you deal with it? The first step is to be aware. Be aware that the energy is ramping up and notice when you are starting to feel off. When you are feeling off, return the energy to it point of origin. You don’t need to know where that is.
The next step is to remain grounded and connected. It’s also important to protect your personal energy. And I’m not talking about set it and forget it. I’m talking about stopping and resetting several times a day.

It’s times like this when we can feel completely helpless. And it’s times like this when you need to remember the more You heal, the more the world heals.
The more you make the choice to remember your Truth instead of the crap that makes you feel unworthy, the more the world heals.
If each and every one of us made the choice to no longer be constrained by the bondage of insignificance, You would feel at peace…and so would the world.
