One of the simplest ways to change your self image is to pretend that you already who you wish to be. If you want to be calm and peaceful, imagine yourself that way. If you want to be happy and content, act as though you are.
Being able to show your inner self what it is like to be fun, happy, loved or anything else you wish to be brings you one step closer to becoming it. None of us have perfect lives… we all have inner demons. Yet we can still take that one step and get closer to being who we desire and loving ourselves by accepting that we are worthy of it.

Love yourself
Never apologize for who you are
Accept yourself
We are all worthy of love and happiness. Take the first step to getting there. Play a game and pretend that you’re there already. Close your eyes. Imagine it. See it. Feel it. Taste it. Smell it. Touch it. Be it.
