As we go about our day, we interact with people, both sending and receiving energy. Many people, tend to absorb other’s energies, both positive and negative. If you have ever started the day in a great mood and then came across a negative person and felt completely drained afterwards, an etheric cord formed and that person is siphoning energy from you.(even though he may be unaware of it) A cord forms no matter who we come in contact with. Everyone has their issues and problems, so once the cord forms, their problems become yours in a sense. Cutting cord does not mean that you’re breaking off a relationship with someone or that you’re not going to see them again, it’s simply a way of releasing negative energy.
The easiest way to cut cords is to close your eyes and take a deep breath. Call on Archangel Michael and ask him to cut all cords, remove psychic hooks, and releases any vows, contracts or curses that have been attached to you and return them to God’s light. If you don’t believe in God or Angels, just imagine cutting the cords yourself and sending the energies to the earth to be cleansed and transformed.
Finish by asking to be healed with white light.
