Today we’re discussing relationships again. Yesterday we asked you to re-evaluate and make adjustments. We feel that many of you took that to mean relationships with other people. It also includes your relationship to your work, yourself, your spiritual practice and any other relationship you can think of. Pick a relationship, meditate and journal about it. This exercise is simply to give you clarity and make you fully aware of how you operate within the relationship instead of operating on autopilot.
