The Clearing You Didn’t KnowYou Needed

This  3:42 clearing covers everything you need to get things running smoothly so you can get back to what you do best.

10 Second Challenge

Do you believe that 10 seconds can actually change your life and the world?

10-seconds

I do and I’d like to share two tools that have the capacity to create huge change in just 10 seconds.

One of the healing modalities I practice (www.accessconsciousness.com) has a philosophy that suggests you make choices in 10 second increments.  I love this idea.  For me personally, it reminds me that nothing is set in stone and that no matter how stuck we feel, life is ever flowing.

I find this to be a very freeing philosophy.  I can’t tell you how many times my parents would say, “Can’t you just stick with one thing, Robin?  Why are you always changing your mind?”

Granted, there are times when we use changing our mind as a distraction.  However, when I think back on those days, I know that most of the time I changed my mind, it was because I knew the original choice wasn’t working for me.  I wonder how many times that was (and is) true for you?

Neale Donald Walsch (author of “Conversations With God”) has an interesting take on 10 second increments in conjunction with meditation.  He suggests taking 10 seconds–6 times a day to stop everything, take a breath, and reconnect with Divinity.

Everyone can do this and there is no one who doesn’t have the time. Try it right now.

10 seconds:   Stop, Close Your Eyes, Breathe, Connect.

Meditate

I have been doing something similar without conscious thought for I don’t know how long.  It’s nice to see it in a clear, concise, step by step approach.

Changing your life doesn’t have to be complicated.  Finding peace in the chaos doesn’t have to be hard.  Choices do not have to be set in stone.

Ask yourself these questions:

  • Are you willing to drop the drama and try living life in 10 second increments?
  • Are you willing to give up the story that you can’t or don’t have time to meditate?
  • Are you willing to implement two very simple tools to actually change your life?

Here’s your 10 second challenge  Challenge yourself to actually implement at least one of these two tools daily and observe what happens for you.  If you’re an over achiever, you may even want to start a journal and record your observations.

The more you create ease and love within you, the more you create ease and love in the world.

Can you spare 10 seconds to heal yourself and the world?

I love you.

Much love and abundant blessings,

Robin-Signature
