I posted this in my Facebook Group, Spiritual Perfectionists Anonymous today and I felt it was too important a message to limit to only the group. I think some of you will find it helpful.

Good Morning and Happy Monday! I hope you guys had a great weekend.
I’ve got a long post for you which probably should have been a newsletter, but this is where it’s coming out so this is where I’m sharing it first.
We’re in the gap between Christmas and New Years both of which represent New Beginnings. Christmas is about the birth of Christ Energy and New Years represents the beginning of the calendar year. This is an interesting time when you get down to it. These are man-made beginnings.
What I mean by that is Jesus was not born on December 25th. He was actually born sometime in the spring or summer. And the 12-month calendar that we use was basically made up as well. Think about it. The Jewish Calander alone suggests the New Year is in October and we are far beyond the year 2016 from their point of view.
This is a perfect example of how large groups of people agreeing on something can create a brand new energy. I share this simply because I want you to remember that you can create a new meaning for anything. And the meaning (or interpretation or point of view) you give to something is what creates your life.
The next thing I want to mention is today’s theme is [PRAYERS & BLESSINGS], You know that I’m always bugging you to include yourself in your prayers and yet, so many of you tell me you don’t need to be included because you have been so deeply blessed and don’t need more prayers and blessings. Well, here’s a new meaning, perspective, point of view about that. When we send prayers and blessings, we are asking God
(God = whatever entity you refer to as a Higher Power or unconditional love) to send you love. Right? So when you say you have enough, you are saying that you have enough of God’s love and don’t need more. You are denying God the opportunity to provide you with more of his love. And when you say you have enough, pray for someone else, you are suggesting you don’t matter.
You are one of God’s children and are therefore saying not all of God’s children matter. Finally, when you are saying no to prayers and blessings and to give them to others instead of you (instead of praying for others And you), you are suggesting that there is a limit to God’s unconditional love. Is that true? Is there a limit? That’s certainly not my truth.
So what do you do when you are so deeply ingrained with the programming that you have enough prayers and others are more worthy of those prayers than you? You say, “Thank you that I am so abundantly blessed. I am willing to accept your prayers and please for __________as well.”
Okay guys….pretty deep message for the first thing on Monday morning, but there it is. Freshly Channeled.
Thank you for the abundance of blessings I already have. Please include myself and my family in your prayers as well as all the people who do don’t feel they have many blessings at all.

Thank you for your wonderful words and the reminder to care for ourselves in prayers and thoughts. So many of us put ourselves last while caring for others instead of putting ourselves first in order to continue to have the strength to do what we do. Please keep these people in your prayers as well.
