The Clearing You Didn’t KnowYou Needed

This  3:42 clearing covers everything you need to get things running smoothly so you can get back to what you do best.

I Didn’t Do It….

Yesterday was the full -blue- once in 150 years eclipse- everything but the kitchen sink-super- moon.

It was a powerful day for ritual and intention setting. I knew what I was going to do, and I kept putting it off. I felt completely disconnected and the last thing I want to do is be disconnected while doing intention work.

I was judging myself all day long for not meditating or doing the work or setting intentions and the whole judging this is totally not walking my talk.

Then I discovered why I wasn’t doing the work.

We ordered dinner in last night and usually I ask David to pick it up on his way home from work…but for whatever reason, I decided to go.

While driving to the restaurant I turned a corner and there she was in all her glorious beauty.

La Luna—Grandmother Moon—The Lunar Goddess.

OMG! She was breathtaking and seeing her filled me with so much joy. I mean just looking at her had me laughing and giggling for no reason at all.

I immediately started talking to her and thanking her for beauty and for the light she was shining down in the darkness  and it hit me.

My ritual for this special full moon wasn’t about asking for something or setting intentions. It was about giving back. It was about expressing my gratitude for the blessings the moon bestows upon me without my ever asking, it’s about the power and light it shares no matter what I do or don’t do….no matter if I feel worthy of its blessings or not…. whether I asked for it to be there or not. It’s a constant that I can always depend on.

And so, I was again reminded, you don’t have to feel worthy of having the things you desire in life. They are already there just waiting for you to say a full on Yes to them.
And…you can plan your rituals out to the tiniest of details but sometimes it’s best to throw it all away and let your heart lead.

The drive in my car to pick up Chinese food ended up being one the most joyous, powerful, and healing rituals I’ve been a part of in a long-long time.

Big love and lots of mayhem,
