Are you sure you really, really want to change it?
Yes? Cool. Take a look at the following questions to see how much you really want to change your situation.
Does what you need to do to get there align with your values, integrity, and what you believe?
Are you afraid of the steps you need to take that will get you there?
Are you being honest about what those steps actually are?
Does having the outcome you want mean more to you than the fear of the work? (If you said NO, then stop right here and reassess your dream to see if you’re chasing the wrong dream or if you’ve got more work to do to be ready for it)
Is the fear big enough to stop you from having the outcome you say you want? (If you said YES, then stop right here and reassess your dream to see if you’re chasing the wrong dream or if you’ve got more work to do to be ready for it)
Is there a part of you that doesn’t believe you’re worthy of having your dream? Or are you worried that it won’t work, you don’t know how, and all that other stuff that gets in the way?
If you said Yes to the last question, is it enough to keep you from having what you want?
Yes….stop, reassess, re-evaluate, do the inner work.
No….go for it!
